Very pleased with our new woodburning stove installed by FBS Flues & Chimneys. It was a pleasure dealing with this company as all parts of the process were carried out by them in a reliable and efficient manner. Would not hesitate to recommend to any potential new customers.

Great service from showroom through to use. Advice and suggestions when we first looked in the showroom were helpful and knowledgeable as was everything discussed during the survey, after which we decided on an inset log burner. The installation was completed over the course of a day (even with a new lintel having to be fitted due to a little surprise which was not apparent until the work was being carried out). We are delighted with the result and love the log burner. Thanks to all at FBS Flues and can’t recommend them highly enough.

FBS flues were patient and gave attention to detail when we were choosing our stove. It was not a straight forward job as it required fitting a stove and chimney through the centre of our home. The work was delayed and this was compensated for. When we asked for alternatives this was attended to immediately. Anything we felt didn't meet our expectations was rectified with a 'can do' approach. I suspect we were not easy customers as we had definite requirements but we never felt too much at any time. Now the fire is fitted it is the centre piece of our main living area of our home and admired by guests. We would like to thank Richard and his team especially Matt for all their efforts and would highly recommend them.
